About Calendar Feeds

Calendar Feeds from Propared are published in a standard format (.ics) that many calendar applications recognize.  However, each external program treats these file types slightly differently.

In many personal calendar programs there can be a delay before updates show up. This is something that we unfortunately don't have control over and each calendar program has a different timeframe in which they will refresh the data from our servers. If you need instant updates, we highly recommend using our Production Book Public Webpages.

If your manager has enabled Calendar Feed Subscription Links on your production book you will see a Button labeled "INFO". Click on this button to see the Subscription Link.

Google Calendar

Usually adding a Calendar feed to google is a quick process.  You'll want to copy the entire link rather than click on it and paste it into Google as a Link or URL.

Google Calendars DO NOT provide the ability to set a refresh time.  Google's documentation states calendars may take as long as 12 hours to refresh. Please keep this in mind when subscribing to a Propared schedule with Google.

Troubleshooting Calendar Feeds

Usually issues with calendar feeds not refreshing are issues specifically with the external calendar programs.  We recommend removing the calendar from your program of choice and re-add the Propared Calendar Feed.
