Downloading Schedule Information to a Spreadsheet
Sometimes we need to get information out of Propared and into a spreadsheet. This article will show you how!
How to Download
- Navigate to the Production Book Screen *
- Select the checkbox next to the Production Book that you wish to Download
- In the 'More' menu select Export
- The file will automatically download.
- The file will be in .CSV format which can be viewed and manipulated in any spreadsheet application.
*Note: You cannot download directly from the Timeline Screen. If you wish to download a specific subset of information, or the entirety of your timeline simply create a Production Book that shows you that subset.
